How long does it take, from booking to receiving my drawings?
The site visit itself usually takes 1-2 hours, and you'll have your finished CAD drawings within 2-3 working days.
Do I need to be home during the visit?
Not at all. Many clients prefer to leave a key or arrange access so they can carry on with their day. If you’d prefer to be there to walk me through the property, that’s perfectly fine too.
Can you handle unusual or older properties?
Definitely. Older houses, attic conversions, and homes with irregular layouts are exactly where an accurate survey makes the biggest difference.
